• Prescription Drug Coverage - 50% coinsurance at network pharmacies up to a $20,000 stop loss. After that, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma will play 100% of allowable prescription charges.

Participation Requirements

Oklahoma Chamber Blue benefits are available to employers that meet the following criteria:

• Have fewer than 100 employees
• Members of the State Chamber or a member of a Local Chamber of Commerce
• Headquartered in one of the 62 counties outside the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metro areas
